No, you do not need to print your ticket. You only need to have your booking number in order to collect your boarding pass from our Port Agents during check-in on the day of departure.

An Open Return ticket allows you to travel on a date of your choice, without being committed in advance. It is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Seat reservation for the return journey must be made in advance to ensure availability.

In case of cancellation, the following applies:

• Up to 91 days before departure: 100% fare refund.
• 90 – 8 days before departure: 80% refund of the fare.
• 7 days to 24 hours before departure: 50% fare refund.
• The company has no obligation to refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or for passengers who do not show up at check-in.

Cancellation must be made in writing at the ticket-issuing office.

Yes, you can modify your booking, subject to availability. For changes, contact the ticket-issuing office or our central agents. Fare differences may apply depending on the period.

You should be at the port at least 2 hours before departure for check-in and boarding. If you are travelling with a camper, trailer, or large vehicle, it is recommended that you arrive 3 hours early. Check-in closes 1 hour before departure.

Yes! Children aged 0 to 4 years (not completed) travel free of charge (without a bed entitlement, 15.00 Euro Port Taxes must be paid). Children aged 4 to 12 (not completed) receive a 50% discount on the fare. Age is calculated on the date of travel.

Yes, when you book a return ticket (both routes together).

The Early Booking offer allows you to secure preferential prices by booking early. It applies to reservations and ticket issuance up to a specific date, covers travel for a specific period, and is limited to a limited number of seats. Dates change per period and are always announced on the official company website, ventourisferries.com.

The Company does not accept bookings for children under 15 who an adult does not accompany. Bookings for young people aged 15 to 18 may be accepted with special written permission from a parent or legal guardian for unaccompanied travel.

Yes, we have specially designed cabins for passengers with mobility difficulties. Please inform us at the time of booking about your needs so we can ensure appropriate accommodation and service.

Yes, campers and trailers are accepted. The price depends on the total length. For campers and trailers, it is recommended to arrive at the port at least 3 hours before departure. Staying in the vehicle during the voyage is prohibited.

Yes, electric and hybrid vehicles are allowed, in accordance with the current circular.

• The battery charge level must not exceed 40% of capacity
• Charging the vehicle on board is prohibited
• Vehicles must travel accompanied (the owner must be present)

Yes, vehicles with LPG or natural gas are allowed with the following restrictions:

• The fuel tank must not be more than 50% full of capacity
• Installation certification is required
• Boarding of vehicles with fuel system faults is not permitted

Responsibility for the vehicle's good condition lies exclusively with the owner.

No. For safety reasons, passengers are not allowed to stay in the garage during the voyage. The parking area is locked after departure, and access is only permitted shortly before arrival.

Yes! Pets are welcome on our ships. There is a special pet accommodation area (kennel) with cages of various sizes.

Required:

• Pet passport with up-to-date vaccinations
• Valid rabies vaccination
• Identification microchip

Pets travel free of charge in the specially designed accommodation area (kennel) in cages of various sizes.

Yes, there is a designated outdoor area where you can take your pet for a walk. Dogs must always be on a leash and muzzled in common areas.

There is no restriction.

Passengers may deposit their valuables at the ship's Office for safekeeping, provided that their total value does not exceed 500 euros. The Company is not liable for the loss of money or valuables left in open storage areas or in cabins.

• Igoumenitsa - Corfu – Bari & vice versa: ~12 hours (with intermediate stop in Corfu)
• Sami - Igoumenitsa - Corfu – Bari & vice versa: ~19 hours (with intermediate stops in Igoumenitsa and Corfu).

Albania – Italy & vice versa:

• Durres – Bari and Bari – Durres: ~10 hours

Yes, Travel is permitted for pregnant women up to 24 weeks of gestation, and a medical certificate allowing travel, issued within 7 days before the day of departure, is required. Pregnant women over 24 weeks are not allowed to board. In any case, the ship’s captain reserves the right to deny boarding if they consider the pregnant woman’s condition unsuitable for safe travel.
